Asolutely! An ensign plus two burgees, or an ensign plus two house flags is mildly frowned upon, but I can't see a problem with an ensign, a burgee, and a house flag, and (by the way) there's no strict definition of a house flag.

Actually It's on my list of things to do is go to England and get a ride on John Winn's launch and sing Rule Britannia. :D

I know John Winn well enough to be sure that if you were over here he'd be delighted to give you a trip - as would I and lots of others. I'm not sure about singing "Rule Britannia". It's normally only sung at the end of the London (BBC) promenade concerts, when everyone is thoroughly rat-arsed.
