Any one do this successfully? I am thinking about doing this with Nyitra because I can't see the propellor any more, for engineering reasons to see if I can see anything.
I have a gopro and the water proof case for it, but I'm thinking I'm going to need some light otherwise it will just be dark and no detail..

Some thoughts:
You might be amazed at how little you see when the prop is spinning away. Just a blur.
Do NOT just put your GoPro on a selfie stick and poke it down there! Mount it firmly to the boat. It's amazing how easily anything gets sucked into the blades.
We will pass over how I know about these things.

If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito.

Thanks bart. It looks good. But even like that you can't see the flow that well. Maybe I should be dropping food coloring in front of my prop.
