Trying to determine what that is from a video is nearly impossible. Could be a conrod bearing, wrist pin, crosshead guide, piston loose on the piston rod, main bearing, there is no telling. The oil did seem to quieten it down a bit, so maybe a conrod bearing. It's not that bad though, I've heard a lot worse on engines that run for years that way. A steam engine can get by with loose engine tolerances that would render an I/C engine inoperable.

At rest and no steam on the engine, it can probably be chucked back and forth and lost motion be seen.
