Finaly I installed the valve and it is working fine...
The coper wire to lock the nuts is temporarely installed - have replaced it with nice inox pins already... Rainer

Yes, I did the quadrant as it was in the original design. Yes, I changed the actuation rod #11 design. I like to use ready grind stainless rods for something like that. I am not able to machine a surface like that. Without the thread I don't have to do so. It was easy to pin it from the top and bend...
