Leeds bronze have this but it is an expensive way of doing it, a simple pattern would allow a casting, much cheaper.

I use Iglidur bushes on all my engines for these minor bearings, stock sizes (metric) and hard & ground pins make a good job.

The correct name is a "crosshead pin bearing" known to sea going engineers as a "top end". below is a copy of the style I have used on all my recent built engines, using a pin which is fitted and dowelled to the conn rod, the bearing is adjustable and can be easily lubricated through the crosshead. ...

Your picture above shows a “piston valve” very common on locomotives, this particular one has a hollow body so that the upper and lower sections are common, exhaust from the upper ports can therefore leave via the lower exhaust port. I have considered the use of a steam ejector for this but never got around to it, it would be particularly useful with a uniflow engine.
