That's a lot of drilling and reaming. All tubes will be rolled in I assume.
Is your boiler following your own plans? How many square feet of heating surface are you looking to achieve? Any drawings we may peruse?

If there's no checking (cracking) in the gelcoat you may be able to get away with a robust buff and waxing. Mechanical variable-speed buffer is the way to go.

Where is everyone? There haven't been many new posts for quite a while. This is one of the last few places to pass on steamboat information unless I'm missing something?
