I am familiar with JayCee and I don't believe that they offer rivets that are suitable for boiler work, their stock being too hard for effective driving on the soft steel used in antique boilers.

Kelly, any more information on the powerplant of 'Stoked'? I’m a little vague on details about her plant. She has a VFT boiler, though I believe it is smaller than the usual 40 sq. ft. The engine is a single cylinder Semple engine IIRC. nice picture, what is Stocked's speed? Nothing out of the ordi...

The tow boat was Dan Baima's Stoked, still a work in progress in this shapely 25' hull.

One part Interlux Brightside is excellent paint, and it's pretty easy for an amateur to get a sprayed equivalent finish using a roller and brush.
