The tube and shaft are second hand from another boat I would think, the shaft is an inch and an eighth and the tube is an inch and five eighths it needs to be shortened for my boat and retreaded at one end, the prop is unknown it just came with it so I may have to get another

The keel is being removed, it's pretty rotten and it's got a big gap in it for the drop down dayboat keel so it's coming out
