I think the idea with the two machines sounds like a fun experiment. if I remember right the Titanic had exhaust steam to a turbine which drove a third propeller .

Wes I was on the way with a bit of wood to my father's cabin on an island. have the privilege to be able to use the boat at work sometimes. as a workboat. that is no bad day on the job

I would check that none of the exentrix has moved then I would check the lock nuts on the slides. have had the problem once that a nut came lose it had the Engine to go so uneven that the propeller shaft coupling cracked . no fun. had to leave the boat at a bridge and go home and weld and machine a ...

Hi Wesley this was the last trip for the year, and have now emptied out the boiler of water . I used to light a small fire in the boiler each cold night to prevent freezing. yes this winter the boat will be left in the water. I usually lift the boat up every other or every third year for painting an...

I finally gott the shance to test the propeller thoroughly, and it works perfekt. it makes more than a knots diferense. and the Engine seams quieter and smother. the RPM is ruffly the same as Before, about 200, the boiler is a bit too small but i can keep a higer presure in the boiler now, about 8,5...
