Even given all this I would guess that Mosquito is a bit overpowered , but not as much as a Salty would be with similar power . Yes I would guess Mosquito's engine was a bit overkill as well. Tommy Thompson's Fire Canoe had a 4-5HP compound in the same hull and I never heard any complaints that it ...

I'm still learning so I can't give much insight on the proper way to plumb a boiler but I'm curious about the hull behind it. Is that the hull that came with? Do tell!
