This article introduces a new process, however it clearly implies that heat transfer was heretofore always been reliant on molecular vibrations, and it clearly states that heat transfer in "empty space of a vaccum, devoid of molecules" is not possible!

As we all may know, it has been long recognized that radiant heat transfer takes place very well without molecules in the space through which the heat flows. I find it remarkable that the author of this article would omit these relevant facts.
