Dear Steam Enthusiasts

It has just crossed my mind that some of you may not know about, but would be interested in the 762 Club. This is an offshoot of the UK's Lynton & Barnstaple Railway, a restored narrow gauge line in North Devon.

The 762 Club is raising money to build a replica of the 2-4-2 Baldwin tank engine that once ran on the line. I know Baldwin locos are dear to the hearts of many steam enthusiasts in the Americas, and you might like to be part of this project. It costs 762 GBP to buy a share, which at the current exchange rate is only 1,143 USD.

For full details see the website: http://www.762club.com

Good steaming.

Pete
