Pictured here (hopefully) is my new prototype engine about 50% completed, this is a twin HP design with Joy's valve gear. There are no castings involved the iron parts being machined from cast bar. The bedplate is made up from three laser cut plates.
I have not done much on this lately as I am concentrating on finishing the first Elliott bay triple expansion engine.

The Joy valve gear is an interesting choice. What is the bore x stroke?

the prototype is 58 x 64mm but I have drawings for 64 x 72
and 75 x 82mm (both with three bearing crankshafts)
