Hoping to build in Virginia

Post by Randall » Sat Aug 04, 2012 9:42 pm

I am planning to build a steam launch and am doing a lot of research on hulls and engines. There is a lot of information on this site. Thanks for sharing it. Randy

What sized boat are you thinking of?
I've got the vehicle, just need the boat.

Randy,

whereabouts in VA ? you may want to pay a visit to Rappahahanock Boat Works in Bealton VA, they build Hulls, engines and can supply code VFT boilers, they can supply parts or build you a turn key boat. very nice people, tell them Don Fenstermacher, Jr. sent you if you go. feel free to ask any questions you have as there is never a stupid question in this hobby.
