Greetings from the West Coast of Scotland

Post by buffalow bill » Wed Aug 29, 2012 8:54 pm

Hi everybody, I’m Bill and have a Clinker built traditional Scottish launch 14ft6in long 5ft4in beam with 1ft6in draft (I think). My plan is to install a steam engine and boiler. The name will be “Bunnahabhain”.
For my sins I live on the west coast of Scotland.
Of the hundreds of questions I will be asking the first one will be posted in Technical – none engine and boiler. :D
Cheers Bill.

Welcome aboard. Not familiar with the climate there , but we might trade penance during our "summer" (sweating season) ...
