Alas work on the project has ceased due to finding a complete steamboat for sale from a retiring sailor who had to give up his boat for health reasons, so I've jumped ahead massively on my quest for a steam boat for an unbelievable price that no one would pass up. Joan of oak has now gone and Bumble is here I'm very happy to say, I've got loads of paperwork to read as well as operating instructions, I have loads of spares and every tool required, the former owner was a brilliant engineer and a gentleman, I couldn't be happier

Be sure and store the boat you were working on in a safe way so that it doesn't suffer rot and damage. Someone else may well want to go on from where you left off.
