Ray Hasbrouck

Post by mcandrew1894 » Sun Dec 27, 2009 1:21 am

It saddens me to announce the passing of Ray Hasbrouck.

He was a close friend of mine. His kindness and wisdom will be missed by me and many others who have known him through his engine designs.

I don't have the details as yet, but as I find out, I'll let you know.

Regards,
Dave

That's a shame. Sad to hear of another "steamer's" passing.

Ray was one of the nicest guys we could ever meet in the steamboat arena. His sidewheeler was the inspiration for the boat I am currently building. Those of us who had the pleasure of knowing him will miss his company at the steamboat meets.
