Hi,
at my steam lorry MARTIN there was a need to see the displays and operate the valves while playing with. Because i have built a new roof there had to be a hatch in the new roof to handle the valves successfully. The hinge should be different from the standard and the hatch should be fixed in every position.
That's why I designed a corresponding hinge.

Re: Hinge for hatch or skylight
Hi,
this is what the assembled roof looks like.
Because the roof is rounded, I had to use beveled shims.
This type of hinge can be used for different applications, skylights, fan windows, flaps and others. Hope you will find it interesting.

Nice trick, those beveled washers.
