There are a number of the smaller Kingdon engines about in UK, USA and one in NZ mainly of the 1/4A,A & AB sizes, I suspect this is the only B (or larger) engine left and certainly the only one capable of operation.

I'm not terribly familiar with Simpson Strickland's terminology. Being that this is the B, is this the 14 hp vaiant?

No that is the A size. the B is 28 I.H.P. at 250 P.S.I. and 450 RPM. or 20 I.H.P. at 175P.S.I.

There are actually two in NZ, both AB sized engines, the one commonly known about in Flirt, and the NZ supplied engine shown on the cover of funnel mag a couple of issues back.
