Another idea I would try would be to look for firms that build pressure vessels in general - like conpressor tanks and much more. Here in Germany, these firms always have the german word for ,,pressure vessel building" in their names. There must be something similiar everywhere. These guys should be 100% capable of fixing a boiler professionally.
