A wonderful break for me on a cold Winter morning.

Thanks

Well done Dietrich!

That was an excellent find. It reminds one of the sort of things that used to be seen on the BBC, our public service broadcaster, in days gone by. They used to have a series called Railway Roundabout. Some of the programmes are still available on YouTube and I see that there are DVDs of the whole series available to buy. Sadly the BBC do not seem to currently make anything like that kind of series.

There is an Ian Allen shop, the originator of the DVD of the series Railway Roundabout Revisited, in London somewhere but it looks as if their mail order service has been discontinued. However, the DVDs looks to be available on eBay from a variety of sellers.
