Hi,
the work is done, all parts are finished.
As is so often the case, mechanical engineering begins with the construction of fixtures and fittings to enable the necessary work to be carried out. Here are the mounting pins for the lever. This allows the lever's radii to be milled very conveniently using a rotary table.
The drive lever is fixed to the axle using an M3 threaded stud. The bearing bushings in the diaphragm rod are IGUS sleeve bearings.

Hi,
the bearings of the lever axle were fitted with PTFE-coated bushings, as the original axle pressed into the housing was replaced with one with a diameter of 6 mm due to its 1/4" diameter, which is now firmly clamped in the lever.

Hi,
the assembled and well tested pump. It has 7 mm stroke but i will reduce it to 6 mm, so is a clearance in the dead centres of 0,5 mm. The lever is in upper dead center position (delivery stroke).

My Version of setscrews
Hi,
some pictures of my version of setscrews. I shortened and drilled through them. The pressure pieces were made from 2 mm copper rivets and glued in place with Loctite.
Hope it helps someone for further projects

Hi,
if the eccentrics are only clamped onto a shaft with setscrews, two should be used offset by 90-120°.
