I have 3 old Ashcroft gauges, one for main pressure one for vacuum and a small pressure gauge 0-30psi. What's the small one for? Would LP cylinder only get less than 30 psi? I've never had a compound before so I don't know.

Is it plumbed to the receiver (the pipe between the high pressure and low pressure cylinders)?

Not plumbed, just mounted on a board

I see. Well, monitoring the receiver pressure can be useful. And that range seems about right.

:?: If the gauge says "inches Hg" its supposed to read vacuum and might have been on the exhaust side of the engine?
