Welcome Steamfan,

Lurking is fine, learning is the way to go. Just join in from time to time, coz I'm sure we can learn some things from you!

Anyway, steamboats are just containers for stationary engines, and the container just happens to move.

Your hull may hold a steam power plant. Mine seems to be more optimized for holding money. And then making it disappear.

Mike, you're suppose to use wood or coal to fire the boiler, not bank notes!

What?? All this time I've been wondering why it wouldn't hold a fire! This will change everything.

Dang. My boat isn't even optimized for holding money. All I have to do is open my wallet and it's gone! Actually before my railing was up, I had a chair blown of my deck and into the deep when my back was turned. That's why I have to bolt the expensive stuff to the deck....
