If you would like to post a Youtube video, you need to press the "Youtube" button once at the top of your reply box to get the following text in the text box:

[Youtube][/Youtube]

You now go to your Youtube video, and Copy the URL box, which looks like this:

Correct:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GTtEF1hWq0s

Incorrect:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GTtEF1hW ... -fresh+div

Incorrect:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GTtEF1hW ... r_embedded

Now you have Copied the URL, you need to Paste it into your text box.

Click between the two ][ in the text box and either right-click and click Paste or press Ctrl + V to paste.

You should now have something like this:

[Youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GTtEF1hWq0s[/Youtube]

You should also note that "Disable BBCode" should NOT be ticked just underneath the text box. After posting if you still see the above code, check in your Profile that BBCode is not disabled and save the settings.
