ASME Code Stamps

Post by mtnman »

I've searched and searched and without spending $18,000 for the ASME code book I'd like to find a diagram of the various ASME Code stamps and there meanings. Any one here have such a thing?

A = Field Boiler Assembly.
V = Power Boiler Safety Valves
R = Boiler repair
H = Heating Boilers, under 15 PSIG MAWP.
U = Unfired Pressure Vessels
T = Transport Tanks
N = Nuclear Components, very few if any steamboats, except submarines.
