Would you be willing to provide any details in how the crank was prepared? (Maybe a different thread)

Especially interested in if the crank was hard chromed and how were the journals finished? If I remember correctly, the Triple's crank needed to be built up from stock as there is no casting available. If that's correct, did you finish this differently than you would have a machined from cast crank?

Took a look at older posts and still have one question that wasn't covered directly,

What is your opinion regarding having the journals hard chromed, in particular in application on S.G. Iron crankshafts with Babbitted big ends. I surmise that since it wasn't mentioned you don't subscribe to this practice.
