Best I can do is it's called 'Mildred' and on the rear says Cook Park. Definitely a stern wheeler.

Good work Mike. I am always amazed by the information available with just a few keystrokes on the internet. Also interesting that the boat evidently was stable enough for public outings, even with many on the upper deck.
