Welcome Anne, you will find more info etc. on here that the brain can cope with in one sitting. There are many wonderful projects both underway and completed, enjoy, enjoy enjoy.

As Mike Rometer said there is a huge range of interests within our hobby and, happily, a lot of technical experts who are happy to answer the dumb questions that the rest of us post.

We are an eccentric bunch (using the term in the nicest possible way), and some of us are into Steamboat Posing. Of course if that side of it appeals to you hpw about looking at these two sites:

Having only recently discovered them I cannot offer any tips on the company and the events, but I like the idea.
