Nice little boiler, going off of the dimensions in the ad, it's more like 19.7 sq ft of heating surface. Unless they are counting the exterior of the shell which is an additional 8 sq ft, but the exterior of the shell is really condensing surface.

Hmmm... never steamed and he doesn't know who built it, or what its operating pressure is supposed to be. Can anyone guesstimate its HP from the dimensions given?
