Dave, WOW man! So kind of you to go to all that trouble. Amazing specs, closely match the ones I'd already sketched out one night when I couldn't sleep. You're a steamboater, you know how that is, when that boat problem or modification gets set in a loop in your head at night.
When I get ready to install my EOT's, I'll be sure to refer back to these and let you know how the install comes out.
Again, THANKS Mucho!
PS - when we launch, you'll want to come down to West Texas to see my boat. It's going to be amazing! (If our lake doesn't run dry.)

I seem to remember adjusters being used in both sides of the control cable so the pointers could be brought in step with each other. The chain enabled the pointers to be set up to within a link and the adjusters were used for fine adjustment.
Mack,
I might take you up on the offer. My wife is an Army brat that live in San Antonio ,and spent high school years in El Paso ending up a Longhorn from the UT at Austin. We've talked about taking a trip that way, and this would give us one more reason to make it happen.
